1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" means the neon88 website accessible at https://neon88.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "neon88" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" means the legal entity operating the Platform and all associated services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Member upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by neon88 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by neon88 before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which accessing or using the Platform is explicitly restricted by applicable law or by neon88 policy.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, directives, and other rules legally applicable to the Member or the Platform in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the neon88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. neon88 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

2.2 Residency

You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. neon88 makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all locations.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to guardianship, conservatorship, or any legal restriction on your capacity to contract, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.5 No Self-Exclusion

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any voluntary or involuntary restriction on gambling activity at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register until any applicable exclusion period has fully expired.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access neon88's services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and your preferred banking or e-wallet details for payment processing.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful and accurate. neon88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. neon88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify neon88 immediately via the contact details in Clause 14 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

neon88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where: (i) the Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (ii) neon88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity; (iii) the Member's continued use poses a regulatory or reputational risk to neon88; or (iv) required to do so by any competent authority.

3.5 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. neon88 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts once the inactivity threshold is reached. Members will be notified by email before any fees are applied and may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting customer support.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement

neon88 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. Before any withdrawal request is processed, and in certain other circumstances at neon88's discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

4.2 Required Documents

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• A valid passport (for non-Indonesian residents or dual nationals)
• A recent bank statement from your nominated Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported banks) dated within the last 90 days
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face
• Proof of e-wallet ownership for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja accounts used for transactions

4.3 Processing Time

neon88 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documents in legible, unaltered form. Verification is a one-time requirement; once approved, subsequent withdrawals will not require re-submission unless your details change or neon88 initiates a periodic review.

4.4 Suspension Pending Verification

neon88 may suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC. In cases where verification cannot be completed due to document quality issues or non-cooperation, neon88 reserves the right to close the Account and return any uninvested real-money balance via the original deposit method.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

neon88 supports the following payment methods for Members in Indonesia:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). neon88 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to a third party.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier; Members may check their applicable limits within their Account dashboard or by contacting customer support. neon88 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to the Member's Account balance in real time during standard Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside these hours may experience a delay of up to one (1) business hour on the following banking day. neon88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Member's Account. neon88 targets processing of all approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during banking hours and within 24 hours at all other times. Withdrawals are subject to: (i) completion of KYC verification; (ii) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (iii) the absence of any ongoing security or fraud investigation.

5.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the Member requests an alternative method and provides satisfactory supporting documentation.

5.6 Declined Withdrawals

neon88 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if: (i) KYC documentation is incomplete or under review; (ii) neon88 reasonably suspects fraud or a breach of these Terms; (iii) the withdrawal confli cts with applicable law or an internal investigation. In such cases, neon88 will notify the Member via their registered email address within 48 hours of the decision to decline or defer.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

neon88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general provisions set out in this Clause 6. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 1,000,000 must generate Rp 30,000,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Sports betting (single and accumulator): 50% contribution
• Live casino table games: 10% contribution
• Lottery and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: 10% contribution
• Poker and card games: 5% contribution
• Excluded games: 0% — certain games specified in individual promotion terms do not contribute toward wagering requirements at all

6.4 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 50,000. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date as specified in the individual promotion terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Member's Account without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6.6 Abuse and Fraud

neon88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to exploit bonus mechanics, coordinating with other Members to systematically extract bonus value, or using any software tool to manipulate outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, neon88 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel related winnings, and permanently close the Member's Account.

6.7 Right to Withdraw or Amend Promotions

neon88 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of amendment, provided the Member is in full compliance with the applicable terms.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the neon88 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and roulette wheels operated by trained croupiers under real-time surveillance. neon88 publishes verified Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all slot games and does not alter these rates based on individual Member activity or account status.

7.2 Bet Placement and Finality

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Members should verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. neon88 will not cancel or reverse bets that have been validly placed and accepted, except in cases of an evident system error or manifest odds error, as described in Clause 7.3.

7.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, typographical errors in game rules, or system malfunctions — neon88 reserves the right to void affected bets or games and return stakes to the Member. neon88 will not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from a Member's reliance on an erroneous display. Decisions made by neon88 in respect of manifest errors are final.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets including football (bandar bola, or football bookmaker markets), mix parlay accumulators (multi-leg combined bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap betting) are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other irregular occurrences, bets will be settled in accordance with those published rules. Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets will be voided if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of play (plus injury time) have been completed.

7.5 Disconnection Policy

neon88 is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by the Member's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play, the Platform will attempt to resume or auto-complete the round upon reconnection in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection policy. Stakes for incomplete rounds will be credited or settled according to the game's internal state at the time of disconnection.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

neon88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the Member's Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gaming habits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Any Member who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion with no fixed end date. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to our support team and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, the Member's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent for the duration of the exclusion.

8.3 Age Verification Obligation

neon88 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. We conduct age verification checks at registration and may conduct additional checks at any time. Any Member who cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they are 21 years of age or older will have their Account suspended and any balance held pending resolution. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the neon88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

1. Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or assisting a minor to access the Platform.
2. Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or syndicated betting designed to circumvent the Platform's risk controls.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or manifest errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to neon88.
6. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
7. Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility to access the Platform or claim a promotion.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward neon88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform, its source code, or its games.
10. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, regardless of the use of VPN or other obfuscation tools.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on the neon88 Platform — including but not limited to the neon88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of neon88 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Limited License to Members

neon88 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (i) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content; (ii) create derivative works based on Platform content; (iii) use neon88's trademarks or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent.

10.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. neon88 licenses these games for display on the Platform. Any interaction with third-party game content is also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant game provider.

11. Limitations of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

neon88 strives to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. neon88 shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity, revenue, or data arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neon88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any service provided thereon, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

neon88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if neon88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Member's Own Risk

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk and that neon88 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any game or bet. Past performance of any game or betting market is not indicative of future results.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

neon88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. neon88 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted to and from the Platform. Member financial data is stored on secure servers and is never sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. neon88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform providing services to eligible Members in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Member and neon88, the Member should first contact our customer support team as set out in Clause 14 to seek an informal resolution. neon88 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between neon88 and the Member with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written, relating thereto.
